Invitation to Oregon's Conservation Districts

If your Conservation District held a Stewardship Poster Contest earlier this year, it's time to enter first place posters into the state level Poster Contest! If your District hasn't held a local Poster Contest in 2025 there may still be time to do so. 

The 2025 Stewardship theme, "Home is Where the Habitat Is", highlights the essential role that both natural and managed habitats play in supporting biodiversity and maintaining ecological balance.

The deadline to submit local entries to the State Poster Contest is Friday, October 31st.  First Place winners at the local level are eligible to advance to the state level contest, which will be held in early November on the Wasco County Soil and Water Conservation District website.  The winners of the State Contest will then advance to the National Contest.
